Tomato and meat stir fry “Qallayeh”

 This month’s recipe is one of the most popular recipes in The Jordanian cuisine that always exists on breakfast, lunch and dinner table ; that is Tomato and meat stir fry “Qallayeh”.
Ingredients:
300 gm minced lamb meat
3 cups tomato ,finely chopped
4 Tsp olives oil
2 medium onions , finely chopped
1 green pepper or chili pepper , chopped
Salt and pepper
Directions:
heat olives oil and add onions until slightly golden .
Add minced meat ، mix until meat is well cooked.
Add pepper, tomato, salt and pepper.
Mix well and cover until all is cooked.
Serve hot with Arabic bread and pickles.

حاولت جاهدة أن أقدم وصفة سهله و سريعه و مقاديرها متوفرة للجميع فأخترت قلاية البندورة الاردنيه .
قلاية البندورة هي من الاكلات الاردنية الشهيرة جدا و اللذيذة ، تصلح لغداء أو عشاء.المكونات:
300 غرام لحم مفروم أو رأس عصفور.
3 كوب بندورة (طماطم)
4 معالق زيت زيتون
حبتين بصل مفروم ناعم
حبة فلفل حار أو حلو حسب الرغبة.
ملح و فلفل اسود.

الطريقة.
نضع الزيت و يروح به البصل حتى يقبل.
نضيف اللحم و نقلب حتى يستوي اللحم.
نضيف الفلفل و البندورة و الملح و الفلفل و تغطى و تترك على نار وسط لتنضج.
و تقدم مع المخللات و الخبز العربي و الف صحه وهنا
