Tunisian dessert : Judge’s Ears

   Our topic today is about an Andalusian dessert that dates back to the Muslim rule of Andalusia, but is still considered one of the most famous Tunisian desserts to this day, as it is famous in Libya as well. It was introduced by the emigrating Andalusians who were expelled to Tunisia back in 1609. It comes under various names such as: Diblah, Judge’s Ears or Judg’s Turban. This Andalusian sweet is considered one of the most common desserts offered during the holy month of Ramadan and Eid.
